Job Description
- Overall responsibility for the room
- Staff management duties
- Conducting regular team member appraisals
- Maintaining constant communication with parents
- Ensure all nursery policies are adhered to by all team members
- Participation in regular feedback to Nursery Manager
Qualifications
- Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in childcare
- At least 3 years solid experience within a childcare environment
- Full understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of child safeguarding procedures
